All RGM Fractional brokers will be required to attend a half-day training session at which we will explain the important issues affecting the industry, including key regulatory issues. Why do we do this? Fractional ownership comprises an emerging suite of products that touch on a number of regulatory areas. We want our network to talk to clients confidently, knowing what they can and cannot promise, and knowing when they may need to involve IFAs or get other support. It would be a waste of time us working so hard with developers on the structure of the product, only to have it misrepresented or incorrectly promoted and sold. So we want to know that when we release a product to market, we do so through a network of brokers who know what they are talking about.

After the half day of generic training, we will offer brokers one or two new products that they can take out to their clients. There will be support on- hand from our team in Richmond.
