International Media & Exhibitions

Richmond Green Marketing (RGM) has successfully launched over 400 exhibitions globally for its clients since 2004.

Countries

RGM have organised exhibitions and media in the following countries: UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Denmark. Each of these countries has been researched in depth by RGM.

Research

Each exhibition location, venue and media are researched using a strict set of guidelines that include; cultural differences and languages that the advertising will need to adhere to, media research, venue research; where is the best place to exhibit in the country/ city, demographics of the location; does this fit in with the target consumer, laws and licences that RGM or its client will need to hold an exhibition in that country/city, the consumer; what day(s) do they prefer to visit an exhibition, lifestyle preference, languages spoken and media they watch/read/ listen to.

Exhibition Dates

Timing is the most important factor when holding an exhibition. Each exhibition is stringently checked that it will not conflict with any other event in that area. RGM checks bank holiday dates, festivals, competitors, and looks at historical data for timing such an event in that area.

Media

RGM advertise for its clients over a wide spectrum of media globally including press (local and national), magazines, radio, TV, outdoor (including underground, tube/ tram/ train lines and buses), direct mail and internet. Each individual media is analysed so that RGM knows what will work for the exhibition. As well as receiving media packs, RGM also research the audience of the media both quality and quantity, the media reach, the audiences perception of the media, the timing of placing adverts within each media, any relevant features that will compliment the exhibitions and languages and styles that we should advertise in. RGM are media neutral at all times.

Brands

RGM assist clients in building new brands to exhibit as. Researching and creating a brand name and logo, designing print adverts, writing radio and TV scripts and producing TV story board.

Because of the detailed analysis that RGM does for its clients, we are able to overcome many challenges as we know what media works for them, venues that have appealed to the consumer the most and the time of year that exhibitions are most successful in each country or city.
